Do you have event-size minimums or maximums?

We do not have a specific maximum number of guests we can serve, as we can adjust our services based on the size of your event and your particular needs and preferences. However, we recommend you contact us in advance to ensure that we can accommodate the size of your event and provide the highest quality service.

Do you require a deposit? What is the payment process?

Our food truck operates on a first-come, first-served basis for event bookings, meaning that the first customer to confirm their reservation and provide a 50% non-refundable deposit secures the available slot for their desired date and time.

What are the space and electrical requirements to host the food truck?

Our food truck measures 29 feet in length, 13.6 feet in height, and 8 feet in width. It requires a power supply of up to 7,000 watts to operate, which can be provided through a generator located on board. However, if you prefer to limit the noise generated by the generator, we can operate it using an external power outlet. To do this, please ensure a convenient power source is available at the event location.

How far in advance do I need to book your service?

You can book our food truck as far in advance as you’d like if you’d like to. We need a 50% deposit to secure your booking, regardless of how far in advance you book our services. This deposit ensures that we keep the date and time slot you requested and can begin preparing for your event.

What's the difference between a Public Sale and a Private Event?

    What does this mean?

A food truck typically serves two types of events – public sales and private events.

Public sales refer to events where a food truck is open to the general public without reservations or prior bookings. In this type of event, customers can choose their food items and pay directly to the food truck for the service.

On the other hand, private events refer to events where a food truck provides catering services to a specific group of guests or customers. Private events are booked in advance, and the food truck works with the host to plan a customized menu and service for the event. These events can be anything from a wedding reception, a corporate party, or a fundraiser.

The main difference between open sales and private events is the level of customization and planning involved. In public sales, the food truck offers a pre-set menu and price range for customers to choose from, with no prior reservations required. In private events, the food truck works with the event organizers to plan a custom menu, set up logistics like scheduling and event space, and ensure the event succeeds.

Overall, food trucks can provide both open sales and private event services, offering different customization levels and involvement depending on the event.
